Deadlines
At the beginning of each quarter, new artists will be added to the site. In order to be included in the next quarter's launch date, here are some important deadlines to keep in mind:
Next new artists launch date of 07/01/23

Artist: apply by 04/29/23

Administrator: if accepted, approval notice to artists will be sent out no later than 05/06/23

Artist: make set-up fee payment and email signed agreement by 05/13/23

Artist: artist's page elements uploaded by 05/20/23

Artist: provide up to 3 items (selling artists) by 05/27/23

Administrator: 1st draft of artist's page will be available to artist for review no later than 06/03/23

Artist: provide up to 12 items (selling artists) by 06/10/23

Administrator: 2nd draft of artist's page and item listings will be available to artist for review no later than 06/17/23

Artist: final review and approval of artist's page and item listings by 06/24/23
